This is our chilli and garlic infused honey made by slowly steeping birds eye chilli and garlic cloves in our wonderful delicate summer honey. The end result, a delicious combination of honey sweetness with a gentle chilli and garlic kick. It is the perfect accompaniment to cheese, wonderful drizzled over pizza or the meat marinade that you never knew you needed.
As with all out honey this is untreated, unblended, unprocesssed and hand extracted preserving all the wonderful natural properties of the honey.
