Introducing our Soft Set Honey!

We are so excited that our soft set honey is now in jars and ready! Our Soft Set Honey is creamy and spreadable with a smooth, buttery texture that is created by carefully controlling the natural crystalisation process of our summer honey.

By carefully selecting a portion of the honey from one of our harvesting sessions with a higher glucose content, ensuring a smaller crystal size, we then combined this with our wonderful summer honey to trigger the natural crystalisation process that can occur with all pure honey to create the perfect soft set.

This honey still has all of the wonderful benefits of our raw summer honey but with the delicious buttery texture to create the perfect honey on toast!
